Job Title:

Draftsperson

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and updating drawings to meet client requests.

  • Producing and maintaining standardised Master Drawings and Structural Designs
  • Ensuring site dwellings comply with developer guidelines, local council and energy rating requirements
  • Liaising with professional consultants, planning authorities and key suppliers
  • Creating and updating changes to plans in REVIT for client use
  • Assisting with drafting enquiries
  • Supporting department projects and strategy
  • Maintaining professionalism in all client interactions
  • Ensuring Building Contract conditions are met
  • Conducting follow-up calls when required
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in drafting and design
  • A high level of acumen across the Microsoft suite, including REVIT, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A mature approach, calm under pressure, ability to prioritise and deliver time critical outcomes
