Job Title: Quality Specialist

A dedicated and skilled professional is required to lead investigations into serious incidents and drive quality improvement initiatives in vulnerable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and empathetic investigations into complaints, allegations, and incidents;
  • Gather and analyze evidence to inform reports and outcome letters;
  • Collaborate with regulators to ensure compliance and quality standards are met;
  • Develop and deliver clear, trauma-informed reports to drive corrective action and continuous improvement;
  • Support the development of safer practices across services.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent qualification desired;
  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability, child protection, or related fields;
  • Experience in investigations within OOHC, disability, or health sectors;
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills;
  • Commitment to safeguarding, quality, and professional growth;
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check required.
