The Residence Manager will oversee a diverse workforce, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee and manage leadership roles across multiple departments, including Clinical, Environmental, Catering, Lifestyle, and Administration.
- Resident Support: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care that meets their complex needs.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the residence, allocating resources effectively to support the needs of residents and staff while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Improvement: Implement quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care and services provided to residents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards specific to aged care facilities.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and foster a positive environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing teams within the aged care or health services sector.
- In-depth understanding of the aged care industry, including regulations, compliance requirements, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to tackle challenges efficiently.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and support employee growth and development.
