Led by a seasoned registered home manager with proven leadership in residential aged care management, our home provides excellence in care delivery to all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a large multidisciplinary workforce ensuring best practice and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive operational performance of the home including accreditation, compliance, and financial sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, staff, healthcare providers, contractors, and the wider community.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver on strategic goals ensuring alignment with our mission.

About You

We seek an established leader who brings:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive experience as a Home Manager or equivalent leadership role in Residential Aged Care.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and sector reform.
  • A track record in financial and workforce management, including budgeting and HR oversight.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead through change.
  • A passion for resident-centred care and the ability to foster a supportive team culture.
