We are seeking an experienced care professional to lead our clinical team and oversee the daily operations of our aged care facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and creating a supportive work environment.
You will be responsible for managing a close-knit team, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met at all times.
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will have the autonomy to make decisions that impact the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- AHPRA Registered
- Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical management role
- Valid National Police Check
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
We offer a competitive salary up to $58 per hour + super, Monday - Friday hours, and a supportive work environment.
