
Inventory Management Professional

As a strategic leader, you will oversee our Inbound Team at the Customer Fulfilment Centre to ensure seamless stock flows in safely, efficiently and on time so our customers get their orders without a hitch.
This role blends hands-on leadership with process improvement, safety management and team development. You will work closely with your team leaders to deliver on daily targets, keep safety front of mind and find smarter ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach the Inbound Team to achieve operational and safety targets.
- Manage rosters, approve timesheets, and conduct performance discussions for your team leaders.
- Run weekly and monthly leadership meetings and communicate outcomes to your team.
- Oversee daily stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee picking of stock for store launches and daily replenishment to ensure timely and accurate supply.
- Manage transport operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time deliveries.
- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance and performance.
- Manage procurement of consumables for the inbound area.
- Drive a strong safety culture by reporting and addressing hazards, near misses, and incidents.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement process improvements.

- At least 2 years' leadership experience in a large warehousing environment
- Proven people management skills, including coaching and performance management
- Experience in supplier management and negotiation
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Confidence using inventory and order management systems as well as business analytics tools
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across all levels
