Job Overview

You will be part of a team that advises clients on financing arrangements relating to project structure and documentation, acquisition and leverage, property, and general corporate financing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction structuring: You will work on the structure and documentation for client projects.
  • Acquisition and leverage support: Assist clients with acquisition and leverage transactions.
  • Property finance: Provide expertise in property finance transactions.
  • Corporate finance advisory: Offer advice on general corporate financing matters.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Banking & Finance: You should have experience working in a Banking & Finance team within a law firm or a combination of private practice and in-house experience.
  • Transaction exposure: Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions is essential.
  • Clients management: You will work with clients from various industries on multiple matters.
  • Learning and growth: A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
