Corporate Finance Associate Job Description 

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to join our growing corporate finance team. This opportunity allows for career growth and work on various transactions, including secondary market transactions, IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions, and general due diligence.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis contributing to reports and advice documents.
  • Carry out thorough market research.
  • Develop and/or review business/financial models.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals.
  • Draft initial documents or sections as necessary.
  • Provide clear and concise advice to clients through written reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong financial analytical capabilities, modelling, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance or ECM, preferably in an intermediary or corporate/CORP advisory role.
  • A proven ability to think commercially about client needs.
  • Strong team orientation and demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members.
  • Candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree and possess digital awareness.

Benefits:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the finance industry, with at least 2 years' experience in ECM or corporate advisory, for example: due diligence, valuation, IERs, financial modelling, and buy/sell side advisory.
  • Completed postgraduate qualification.
  • Strong understanding of technical issues such as changes to legislation, valuations, and accounting standards.
  • Technology savvy, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
