Transaction Analysis Role

We are seeking a Senior Capital Transactions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investment engine, you will be responsible for analyzing and executing capital transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and deal execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs, with deep exposure to Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting. They will also possess an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to step up and take ownership in a smaller, high-trust environment.

As a Senior Capital Transactions Analyst, you will work closely with the CIO and Head of Transactions to source, underwrite, and close deals with a lean, high-quality team. You will have regular access to the board and executive team and get far broader exposure than is typically possible in larger, more established fund managers.
