Corporate Finance Manager- Transaction Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team in Transaction Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to leverage their analytical and advisory skills to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction advisory services. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Description:

The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients across various industries. This includes analyzing financial information, identifying trends and insights, and developing recommendations to support client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality financial analysis and due diligence services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CA or international equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
