The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality day-to-day facilities services that meet the needs of the Centre team and enhance the customer experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key facilities initiatives that support our strategy to operate as a safe, sustainable, and responsible business.
  • Deliver high-quality facilities services that meet the needs of the Centre team and enhance the customer experience.
  • Use data insights to identify opportunities to improve the asset's operational and environmental performance.
  • Coach and support the facilities team to perform at their best, building a culture of ownership, safety, and service excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset life cycle plan, clearly outlining facilities priorities and capital needs.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and partners to ensure services are delivered to a high standard and in line with expectations.
