Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape the future of enterprise infrastructure.

As a key member of our team, you will lead and oversee a group responsible for managing and optimizing mission-critical IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in platforms such as VMware, AWS, and Azure, along with strong scripting and automation capabilities.

A solid understanding of ITIL frameworks; ITIL v4 certification is preferred.

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Analysts and Coordinators to maintain consistent service delivery.
  • Serve as the escalation point for advanced infrastructure issues, including incident resolution and change implementation.
  • Oversee system availability and performance across test, pre-production, and production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with security, application, and DevOps teams to build and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Infrastructure Support, IT Operations, or a related field.
  • Deep technical expertise in VMware, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong scripting and automation proficiency (Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux OS administration (RHEL, CentOS, Debian).
