About this role

As a key member of our high-performing team, you will play a pivotal part in supporting financial advisers and business partners. This position requires making strategic decisions, streamlining operational workflows, and maintaining exceptional client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive client packs, reports, and review documents.
  • Implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Reports of Achievement (ROAs) accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with product and insurance providers to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain proactive client communication and relationships through regular engagement.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation for timely submission to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Keep client records updated in CRM systems for data accuracy.
  • Liaise with paraplanners and advisers to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow management.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client services within the financial planning sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and procedures.
  • Proficient with Xplan workflows and tasks for effective operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills for meeting deadlines.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet business objectives.
