Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Services Manager to lead our client-facing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key clients, providing guidance on contractual matters and dispute resolution, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or aviation management and previous experience in an aviation environment, particularly in customer and contract management. Strong knowledge of the General Aviation market segment and PT6A engine is desirable.

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and provide guidance on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients by monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to align efforts and ensure support.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to inform improvements.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or aviation management.
  • Previous experience in an aviation environment, particularly in customer and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of the General Aviation market segment and PT6A engine (desired).
  • Significant experience in leading and managing customer-facing teams.
