About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Uniting Limited. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and implementing high-quality programs that reflect the needs and interests of our children.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent). You will have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for children, in partnership with other educators, families, and children.
  • Plan, reflect, work, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Implement daily routines, maintain records of development, and continuously reflect and improve children's learning.
  • Support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and services.
