Key Role Details

The role of Group Bookings Coordinator is to provide technical support to group bookers and members of the Visitor Services unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring maintenance of stakeholder data and bookings in the Tessitura system.
  • Collaborating with the database team for ongoing planning, testing, and troubleshooting of group ticketing issues.
  • Providing day-to-day assistance and support to the Manager Visitor Services and Engagement as required.

The successful candidate will enjoy working on exciting projects to enhance the understanding and experience of our group and tourism visitors through input in the AM's CRM and bookings database (Tessitura).
