About the Position

ICC Sydney is seeking an experienced professional to manage ticketing and booking matters for events.

  • Act as primary contact for event stakeholders regarding ticketing and booking enquiries
  • Oversee on-sale requirements for events, including sale dates and inventory management
  • Provide high-level service to clients, visitors and internal departments
  • Coordinate and distribute inter-departmental documentation
  • Prepare analyses, reports and correspondence as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and event management systems
  • Current working knowledge of live events, ticketing and exhibition industries
  • Experience working with live event touring promoters
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
