We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to drive the success of our international trade activities.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations through documentation preparation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
  • Establish effective communication with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Maintain precise records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Support the development and implementation of import-export strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered according to schedule and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in import-export regulations and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide administrative support to the import-export team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in import-export operations or logistics administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with import-export software or systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
