Join Our Team as a Catering Assistant

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service. As a catering assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and assist the chef in food production and preparation.

  • Assist the chef in food production and preparation
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for customer transactions
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience

In this role, you will be working in a dynamic team environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career in a supportive and inclusive workplace.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
  • Previous experience in kitchen support or customer service preferred
  • Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
