Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences in diverse venues. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Position
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across various schools, corporate offices, and aged care locations.
  • Serve food and beverages to the highest standard, ensuring excellent presentation and quality.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and manage customer transactions efficiently, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented service area, following strict health and safety protocols.
  • Follow allergen awareness and food safety requirements at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Hold a current National Police Check and Working With Children Check/Blue Card, or be willing to obtain one.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and professional presentation at all times.
