Senior Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our expanding private practice in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children with varying needs, including Sensory Processing Disorders, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, and motor coordination challenges.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in Paediatrics and/or working with children is highly desirable, but not essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and treat children from 2 to 18 years old with a range of developmental, learning, and behavioural difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each child
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathology status (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current working with children check
- Current First Aid Certification
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional education
- Current driver's license and use of own car where required
- Specific experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders & Sensory Processing Disorders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with therapists, parents, teachers, and children
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
