Merchandiser Role Overview

This role is centered around executing planograms while fostering strong relationships with stores and retail management.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 8 hours of work per week, primarily based in Glenorchy and surrounding suburbs. However, flexibility is key, as hours may vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store location.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining robust relationships with store and retail management teams
  • Accurately executing planograms across various store locations
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking products as required
  • Representing the organization professionally and positively at all times

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in planogram execution within a grocery or retail environment
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently while maintaining a team-focused mindset
