Post Placement Support Specialist

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that involves monitoring and providing post placement support to participants in employment, identifying barriers to ongoing employment and offering guidance to help them maintain long-term employment.
- Consistently provide proactive support to employed participants through regular telephone and/or face-to-face contact.
- Monitor their progress, address any challenges they may encounter in the workplace, and offer solutions to help them sustain employment.
- Prepare and submit accurate claim evidence and documentation on time, in accordance with contractual and organisational requirements.
- Identify and recommend additional or alternative training, resources, or support services based on individual needs and circumstances.
- Effectively manage a caseload, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with contractual obligations, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, meet performance targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in high-performance driven environments.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Strong engagement and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
