  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and growing the practice across Australia through strategic planning and implementation.
  • Securing major project wins by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Actively leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the quality of building structural engineering services across diverse sectors.
  • Developing and leading high-performing teams aligned with our values and technical standards.
  • Collaborating across business groups to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Contributing to the Building Engineering Services Leadership Team.

You will be part of a global organization with access to 13,000-strong team resources, empowering you to shape and grow a practice with local and global reach.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, professional registration, and a minimum of 15 years of experience within consulting engineering. You should demonstrate expertise in technical areas, commercial acumen, and ability to win and deliver complex projects. A strong client network, passion for innovation, quality, and team development are essential for success in this role.
