Design Drafter for Building Services Discipline

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic BIM Technician to support the success of our organization across Building Services discipline. The ideal candidate will have exposure to building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter/modeller with a desire to develop their design skills in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce hydraulic services designs drawings and models to current Australian standards and authority codes.
- Ensure accurate drawings and models are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter.
- Solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and other software is advantageous.
- Attention to detail when modelling and producing drawings for accuracy and presentation.
- Excellent knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and building regulations.
- Ability to work unsupervised and complete drawings and models from a design brief.
- Ability to conduct client meetings and on-site measures if requested.
- Excellent commercial construction knowledge is imperative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
