About the Role

This HR Advisor position is responsible for supporting and advising on human resource management matters, including Fair Work Act requirements, award analysis, employment contracts, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on human resource management matters, including employment contracts, performance management, and recruitment and selection
  • Develop and implement organizational human resource policies and procedures
  • Participate in human resources risk management activities
  • Resolving complex work issues
  • Workforce development plans
  • Industrial Legislation, Regulations and Agreements
  • Development and negotiations of various Enterprise Agreements
Requirements
  • Diploma or Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources
  • Applicable years of industry experience
  • Effective at hiring and developing recruitment strategies
  • General Human Resources Management
  • Understanding of Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of Performance Management
  • Compensation and Wage Structure
  • Ability to classify Employees
  • Understanding of Employment Law & laws
  • Mature approach to tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent computer and software skills
  • Strong training and coaching skills
