Bupa Medical Visa Services is a leading provider of health assessments for the Australian Government. We're seeking a skilled Contact Centre Manager to lead our frontline team and drive exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As the Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and empowering our team to deliver high-quality service across multiple channels. This includes managing workflows, communicating with internal stakeholders, and troubleshooting complex issues. You will also be responsible for producing and managing business and stakeholder reporting, as well as supporting the delivery of projects and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in dealing with complaints and escalations, and the ability to coach, train, and motivate employees. You will also need strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills, as well as analytical skills and the ability to understand data and trends. Call Centre team leadership experience is required.
