We are seeking a finance lawyer to join our leading team in Sydney.

Finance Lawyer - Complex Transactions

This role will involve working with leading partners on large and complex transactions in corporate finance, property finance, leveraged and acquisition finance. You will gain excellent client exposure and opportunities to develop a network of relationships.

  • Minimum 3 years' legal experience in delivering technical advice on a range of finance matters from a top-tier private practice environment.
  • Admission to practise in Australia, or New Zealand.
  • An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.

The successful candidate will have a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team. You will need to work collaboratively and at times autonomously, with excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
