We are seeking a seasoned lawyer to lead our corporate transactions practice. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with esteemed partners and other senior practitioners across our broader financial services group.

You will have the opportunity to run complex matters spanning corporate finance, structured financing transactions, as well as restructuring and special situations. You will act for lenders and financiers including commercial and investment banks, credit funds, and other institutional financial entities.

As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to their development, and helping shape the future of the practice.

Requirements
  • 4+ years legal practice experience gained within a reputable financial services practice at a leading law firm.
  • Demonstrated experience with corporate or structured financing (lender side).
  • Some experience with, or desire to learn, front-end restructuring would be highly regarded.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to run matters with autonomy and efficiency.
