Senior Banking Lawyer - Finance Opportunities

We are seeking a senior banking lawyer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking to take on a challenging role.

In this position, you will work closely with our highly regarded partners and senior practitioners to deliver complex matters spanning corporate, structured, and asset-based financing transactions.

  • You will act for lenders and financiers, including commercial and investment banks, credit funds, and other institutional financial services entities.
  • You will run transactions with significant client exposure and mentor junior lawyers to contribute to their development and shape the future of our practice.

To be successful in this role, you will have 4+ years of legal practice experience gained within a reputable banking and finance practice at a reputable commercial law firm. You must also demonstrate experience with corporate or structured financing (lender side) and possess strong project management skills and academic performance.
