Key Responsibilities:- Implement risk management strategies, including safety in design, project planning, and high-risk activity workshops.
- Oversee the HSE Management System, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expertise and advice on legislative and regulatory matters pertaining to HSE.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and issues raised by regulatory bodies, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure conformance for HSE Plans per project team by way of observations and inspections.
- Partake in weekly HSE Walks and ensure raised issues are rectified by project teams.
- Drive development of Hammertech for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Raise gaps and opportunities with the project team for improving training and competency.
- Steer continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
- Ensure effective handling of incident management, investigations, and reporting.
- Contribute to environmental management and monitoring.
- Steer client engagement and reporting requirements.
