Senior Technical Solutions Architect

Our organization seeks an accomplished Senior Technical Solutions Architect to lead the development of complex solutions across various infrastructure technologies. This critical role requires someone with hands-on experience designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.

  • Broad Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of support infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows, Linux, Certificate Authority, and Smart Licensing.
  • Leadership Experience:
  • Proven technical lead experience delivering projects and directing technical elements and escalations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical issues and decisions clearly, and articulate reasoning for those decisions.
  • Complex Problem-Solving:
  • Skilled at resolving complex technical issues with engineers, utilizing a range of tools to achieve swift resolutions.
  • Outcome Ownership:
  • Owning work outcomes and deliverables from a technical perspective, ensuring successful project completion.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex solutions.
  • Technical lead experience in leading projects and directing technical elements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to jump on tools to assist in resolving complex issues.
  • Capacity to effectively manage and communicate updates to technical escalations.
  • Working collaboratively within the team, program, and with customers.
