Key Position: Consumer Communications Lead

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement external communication strategies to promote the program's consumer-focused priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage media activities, enquiries, and proactive opportunities that align with strategic goals.
  • Deliver impactful consumer communication content, including media releases, articles, and digital assets.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media, public relations, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years' experience in communications, media, or PR (including digital and social media).
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape, content creation, and the ability to pitch and secure media coverage.
  • Experience in financial services will be highly regarded.
