Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience at Peppina.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our restaurant, interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and all things food
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Full working rights in Australia
