The Role:

As a Club Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our luxurious Club Lounge, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

  • Direct and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver high standards of service and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • 2+ years' related experience, including supervisory/management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to delegate, lead, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and guests alike.
