Job Description:

As a case manager, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims and liaising with injured workers, employers, and their treating health practitioners.

Your focus will be on providing a high level of service and supporting injured workers to recover from workplace injury and return to work.

You will work as part of a team, with designated specialists who are experienced and here to support you, including technical specialists, injury management specialists, mobile case managers, and team leaders.

Responsibilities include providing early, timely, and personal customer-focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers, proactively and effectively managing all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines, and delivering the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and managing the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within a medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate field
  • Specializing in customer service
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative thinking skills
