Customer Service Ambassador Opportunity

At our residential setting, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. This individual will have excellent communication skills, persuasive sales abilities, and customer service orientation.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for residents and guests by greeting them in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Assisting residents with their requests, questions, and needs in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Management office and residents, vendors, and visitors.
  • Providing information, tours, and taking calls as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Marriott to deliver a seamless experience between Tower and guests when needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years related experience or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently (and in a team).

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

The work environment is indoors and outdoors in a residential setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment.

Able to work independently or as a team member and support managers with special projects.

Strong collaboration skills – works well across functional areas—excellent relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization.
