Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone.

About the Role:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring each interaction is personalized and efficient.
  • Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Multitask with ease, documenting and researching while engaging with customers to drive efficient resolutions.
  • Exceed customer expectations through your professionalism and phone etiquette, consistently representing our brand in a positive light.
  • Meet or exceed production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and communication quality standards.
  • Effectively handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, remaining composed under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or client support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Able to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and office software is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are an asset for serving a diverse customer base.
  • Analytical mindset to assess feedback and improve service quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math concepts.
