Seasonal Member Service Role
As a Seasonal Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to members and SummaCare customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job SummaryThis is a temporary position with a seasonal schedule. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to members and SummaCare customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and SummaCare customers
- Answer questions and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.96 - $25.00/hr
