Store Coordinator Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Store Coordinator at our wool store in Goornong. This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Supervising Store Staff: Providing guidance and support to store staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
  • General Wool Store Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the wool store, including receivals, testing, and shipping of wool.
  • Coordinate Receivals, Testing, and Shipping of Wool: Ensuring the efficient processing and distribution of wool products.
  • Unloading and Loading of Trucks (Forklift Operation): Safely operating forklifts to unload and load trucks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of wool products.
  • On Farm Pickups (HR Truck Licence Required): Conducting on-farm pickups using HR trucks, requiring a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
