Practice Leadership Role

As a key leader, you will provide crucial support to the Partners in managing the firm's financial operations, human resources, and business activities.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar leadership role within a law firm, strong financial management skills, excellent human resources experience, solid operations management skills, exceptional organisational skills, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities- Oversight of financial management activities, including trust account management, preparation of financial statements, and regular reporting.
- Recruitment and HR, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Leadership of operations management, with a focus on marketing, business development, liaison with external service providers, and ensuring all systems are in place for smooth business operations.
- Contribution to the development and execution of the firm's growth strategy, including identification of opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Maintenance of compliance with relevant regulations, including equipment management, IT services, and insurances.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a law firm.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, reporting, and trust account management.
- Excellent human resources experience, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of operations management, including marketing, business development, and IT management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff.
- A proactive attitude with a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
