With a strong track record in law firm management, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing law firms, with a deep understanding of Queensland trust accounting regulations and financial management practices.

This is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the firm's Partners and works closely with the Assistant Practice Manager.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in managing law firms
  • Detailed knowledge of Queensland trust accounting regulations and financial management practices
  • A genuine passion for client care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional manner with highly developed time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle competing deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Human resource management skills and experience

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience with practice management systems such as Dye & Durham's Affinity
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and information technology generally
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and recording of transactions in the trust account
