Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive a cyber security culture and awareness program across the Department of Health and Hospital and Health Services.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a comprehensive culture and awareness program that addresses human-centric cyber security challenges and meets the needs of the department.

\

This will involve identifying high-risk cohorts within Queensland Health, developing and delivering targeted training, and supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Cyber Security Ambassador Program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of major trends, strategic directions, and legislative and governance frameworks related to information security.\
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting in the development and implementation of a culture and awareness program in a large, complex service delivery organization.\
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience translating complex technical information into easy-to-understand concepts.\
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training packages using adult learning methodologies.\
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to assess metrics to inform and continuously improve awareness initiatives.\
