Information Security Professional

The Information Security Professional plays a critical role in managing and enhancing an organization's security posture, risk management, and compliance framework. This position ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, develops security policies meeting business objectives, conducts regular risk assessments, and implements controls to protect digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and frameworks as per regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  • Identify information security risks and implement security controls to mitigate threats.
  • Vulnerability Management and Threat Detection.
  • Security Event log monitoring to detect and respond to incidents.
  • Develop and maintain Information Security Assessment and Authorization documentation suite.
  • Assess security control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Information Security risk management/policy development/governance.
  • Strong knowledge of security audit/documentation development/vulnerability management/security event monitoring.
  • Industry certifications like CISA, ISO Lead Implementer/Auditor or similar are desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.
