Senior Property Executive

About the Role:

We are partnering with a highly regarded investment and development group to appoint a Senior Property Executive. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the end-to-end property function, from acquisition through to management, while driving performance across a diverse portfolio.

The Senior Property Executive will be responsible for leading the full property lifecycle including acquisitions, due diligence, development, management, and divestment. They will also oversee asset performance through leasing, financial management, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across all aspects of property, including acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposals. They should also have proven leadership experience managing property teams and driving performance.

In addition, the candidate should have strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential.

  • Lead the full property lifecycle including acquisitions, due diligence, development, management, and divestment.
