Infrastructure Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

The Infrastructure Portfolio Director position offers a challenging leadership role that oversees high-level business services, information management, and infrastructure portfolio management functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of results.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive construction schedules, asset management strategies, and budget plans for large and complex infrastructure portfolios.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and briefing notes to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Drive governance, auditing, and reporting processes to ensure compliance and accountability, maintaining a high level of organizational integrity.
  • Embed project management principles into high-volume, high-value programs, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with government partners and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Lead change initiatives and implement new systems and tools, driving innovation and process improvements.
Skill Requirements:
  • Significant experience leading business and corporate services teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, asset management, financial planning, procurement, and lifecycle maintenance programs, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to manage information systems and organisational reporting requirements, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • High-level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
