About the Role

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with senior leadership.

The Executive Director will lead the office function, coordinate with the CEO's executive assistant, and support the CEO in preparing materials for Board meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the CEO's agenda, briefings, and communications.
  • Support the CEO in preparing presentations and speaking notes for high-level meetings.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a senior advisory or executive coordination role.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of governance, public sector engagement, and program delivery.
