Industrial Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support on industrial relations matters, including employee grievances, performance management processes, and wage negotiations.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations or a relevant equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Provide high-quality industrial relations support and advice to senior executives and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform IR strategy and operations.
  • Represent the organization in industrial tribunals and dispute resolution forums.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations or a relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial relations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
