Role Overview

As the Senior Advisor, Industrial Relations, you will provide strategic advice on industrial relations issues to support decision-making and workforce management within the NSW public sector. You will develop policies, interpret industrial instruments, resolve disputes, and represent the Department in forums and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with government priorities.
  • Represent the Department in tribunals and forums.
  • Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Deep knowledge of workplace legislation, awards, and agreements.
  • Experience in policy development, advocacy, and representation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
