About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Site Lead to join our team on the Southside. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team that values professionalism and safety.

Requirements



  • Experience supervising new home builds in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid trade background, preferably in carpentry, providing a strong foundation for this role.
  • A Certificate IV in Building and Construction and a Site Supervisor's license demonstrate your expertise and ability to lead teams effectively.
  • A current, clean driver's license is essential for safely navigating site visits.
  • A passion for safety and a commitment to maintaining a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.

Salary Range


The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location factors.
